Shipping Destinations and Timeframes
We currently ship worldwide. Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities in China, depending on inventory availability and delivery destination. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and quality control. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery after dispatch. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over US$49. Orders below the threshold are charged a flat rate of US$4.99.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may be levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping costs and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
We work closely with shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 business days of the delivery confirmation. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within this timeframe.
Address Modifications
Address changes can only be accepted before your order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot update the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
